- 1.For Type-2 DM patients unable to control blood glucose by diet and exercise therapy . The initial dose recommend is 1 tablet once and once everyday, taking with meals. 2. For patients of initial treatment with baseline HbA1c＞9％ or FPG＞200mg/dl, the initial dose recommend is 1 tablet once and twice everyday, taking with meals in the morning and evening. Can increase the daily dose of this product every two weeks, in order to achieve the minimum effective dose. 3. For diabetes patients having taken other hypoglycemic drugs, the initial dose recommended is 2 tablets once and twice everyday, taking with meals, or 4 tablets once and twice everyday, taking with meals .
